  • A Moment To Keep offers handcrafted gifts and home décor created in small batches. Our collection may include candles, resin décor, candle holders, soaps, jewelry, keepsakes, trays, coasters, decorative pieces, and seasonal creations.

  • Yes. Our pieces are individually poured, molded, assembled, painted, decorated, finished, or packaged by hand depending on the product. Small variations are a natural part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.

  • Not always—and that's part of owning something handmade. Colors, patterns, flowers, glitter, decorative inclusions, texture, and placement may vary slightly. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how colors appear.

  • Your order is confirmed once payment has successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it.

  • Contact us as soon as possible. If preparation or production has not started, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Custom or personalized orders generally cannot be canceled after production begins.

  • Custom ordering may be available for select products. Available colors, personalization, decorative elements, pricing, and processing times will be discussed or displayed before your order is confirmed.

  • Yes. We create many products in small batches, so quantities may be limited. An item appearing online does not guarantee continued availability.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Processing times vary depending on the product, order size, customization, and current order volume. Any processing estimate provided at checkout or on a product page is separate from carrier transit time.

  • No. Processing time is how long we need to prepare your order. Shipping time begins after the carrier receives your package.

  • Unless specifically stated otherwise, delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.

  • Please contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it. Once a package has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

  • Check around your delivery location, with household members, and with neighbors when appropriate. You should also contact the carrier. If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will help determine what options may be available.

  • Contact us promptly with your order number, photographs of the damaged product, photographs of the shipping packaging, and a brief description of the problem. Please keep the product and packaging while we review your claim.

  • Please contact us with your order number and a photograph of what you received. If we made an error, we will work with you to correct it.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • For eligible non-custom items, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Approved merchandise must generally be unused, unworn, unburned, and in its original condition. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

  • Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

  • For hygiene, safety, personalization, and product-integrity reasons, used soaps or personal-care items, burned candles, worn jewelry, personalized products, and custom-made products after production has begun are generally final sale unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

  • Custom and personalized items are generally final sale after production begins. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order, please contact us.

  • Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time after the refund has been issued.

HANDMADE PRODUCT CARE

  • Handmade pieces naturally vary. Small differences in color, pattern, texture, bubbles, decorative placement, finish, or shape may occur and are not necessarily defects.

  • Always follow the instructions included with the individual product. In general, handle handcrafted items gently and protect them from excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight, moisture, harsh chemicals, and abrasive cleaners when applicable.

  • No, unless a product is specifically identified as a toy. Decorative products are intended for their described decorative or functional purpose. Products containing small pieces should be kept away from young children and pets.

CANDLES & FIRE SAFETY

  • Always keep a burning candle within sight and place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep it away from children, pets, drafts, curtains, paper, dried plants, decorations, and other flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Yes. Sculptural candles can melt beyond their original footprint. Always place them on a sufficiently large, nonflammable, heat-resistant plate or tray capable of containing melted wax.

  • No. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep flames and heat away from dried botanicals, decorations, paper, fabrics, and all other combustible materials.

RESIN PRODUCTS

  • Our resin pieces are handcrafted using resin and may include pigments, glitter, decorative inclusions, dried botanicals, or other decorative materials. Some pieces are also hand-finished with acrylic paint.

  • Resin should not be considered completely heatproof. Products specifically sold as candle or tealight holders should only be used according to their individual instructions. Do not place larger candles or flames directly against resin.

  • No, unless an individual product specifically states otherwise. Gently wipe resin pieces with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not place them in a dishwasher, microwave, or oven.

  • We do not recommend soaking or submerging resin pieces, especially items containing paint, bonded components, flowers, or decorative inclusions.

  • Yes. Resin can naturally change in appearance over time, particularly with prolonged UV exposure, direct sunlight, or excessive heat. Proper storage and care can help preserve its appearance.

  • Unless a product is specifically identified as appropriate for food contact, our decorative resin pieces should be considered not intended for direct food contact. Do not use decorative resin pieces as cutting boards, cookware, or food-preparation surfaces.

RESIN TEALIGHT & CANDLE HOLDERS

  • Only use the candle type and size specifically intended for that product. Do not substitute larger candles or allow an open flame to contact the resin.

  • No. Use only a properly sized tealight that fits securely within the designated candle area.

  • Extinguish the candle safely and discontinue use until the piece has completely cooled. Do not continue using a piece that becomes cracked, warped, structurally damaged, or otherwise unsafe.

SOAP & PERSONAL CARE

  • Yes. Our handmade soaps are produced in small batches. Please review the individual product label or listing for applicable ingredient information.

  • Ingredient information is provided with the applicable soap or personal-care product. Always review the ingredient information before use, particularly if you have known sensitivities.

  • Everyone's skin and sensitivities are different. Review the complete ingredient information before use and do not use a product containing an ingredient to which you know you are sensitive or allergic. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

  • No. Unless a product is specifically and lawfully labeled otherwise, AMTK soaps and personal-care products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

  • Allow your soap to dry between uses and keep it away from standing water whenever possible. Handmade soap can naturally change slightly in color, scent, appearance, or texture over time.

JEWELRY

  • Keep handmade jewelry clean and dry when possible. Remove it before bathing or swimming and avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, household cleaners, and harsh chemicals.

  • Please review the materials listed for the individual product before purchasing. Individual sensitivities to metals, resin, coatings, adhesives, and other materials vary. Discontinue wear if irritation occurs.

  • Unless a product specifically states otherwise, AMTK jewelry and accessories are intended for adult use. Small jewelry components can present a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children and pets.

IN-PERSON MARKETS & EVENTS

  • Yes! We may participate in craft fairs, holiday markets, pop-ups, community events, and other vendor events. Upcoming appearances may be announced on our website or social channels.

  • Not necessarily. Event inventory is limited and may include different products, colors, seasonal pieces, or event-exclusive items.

  • Absolutely. Because our products are handmade in small batches, quantities may be limited and availability throughout an event cannot be guaranteed.

  • Return or exchange eligibility for an in-person purchase may differ from online purchases and will be communicated through event signage, receipts, or information provided at the time of sale. Proof of purchase may be required.

  • Please contact us with proof of purchase and photographs when applicable. We want to know about products that arrive or prove to be defective and will review the situation with you.

PRICING & PROMOTIONS

  • Prices may vary when appropriate because of promotions, bundles, event specials, limited editions, customization, or other offers. The price displayed at the point of purchase is the applicable price for that transaction, subject to correction of genuine errors.
