COMMUNITY RESOURCES

Help Is Closer Than You Think

Life has a funny habit of becoming complicated without checking whether Tuesday works for you first.

Maybe rent is getting difficult to cover. Maybe groceries are running low. Maybe you need a doctor, child care, a job, counseling, help returning to school, or simply someone who can tell you where to begin.

This resource collection was created to help connect people throughout Portland and the surrounding metro area with real organizations, nonprofits, government programs, applications, community services and opportunities.

Our focus includes Portland and communities roughly 40 miles around the metro area, including areas of:

Portland • Gresham • Troutdale • Fairview • Milwaukie • Happy Valley • Clackamas • Oregon City • Gladstone • West Linn • Lake Oswego • Tigard • Tualatin • Sherwood • Beaverton • Hillsboro • Aloha • Forest Grove • Canby and surrounding communities

Programs, eligibility, funding and hours can change. Always contact an organization directly before traveling whenever possible.
